This event was about strengthening the capacity of Afghan women leaders and members
of the Strategizing a Seat at the Table Initiative (SSTI) to design inclusive and effective dialogue
processes. It brought together Afghan women—both inside Afghanistan and in exile—to
explore best practices and innovative approaches for fostering meaningful, inclusive dialogues
across diverse contexts.
Participants engaged in discussions on conflict analysis, inclusive dialogue design, and
integrating key thematic areas such as sociocultural, economic, political, peace, security, and
justice issues into dialogue processes. The sessions offered practical insights, tools, and
recommendations to support women leaders in shaping more inclusive processes in their
communities and advocacy spaces.
